A study on Critical Work Design Factors against Job Satisfaction For Generation Y in Hong Kong
Hello:
I am Lam Sui Kei, Kenny, an MBA student at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Currently I am conducting a study on the job design factors influencing job satisfaction for Generation Y (ranging from 16 – 31 years old). The study will also examine the moderating influence of working environment on the work design – job satisfaction relationship. By collecting and analyzing the data of your general preferable design of work, job can be re-designed to suit the need of the new coming generation. I believe the result of this study will not only help the organization in job designing in Hong Kong, but also bring a brighter future to you and your fellows in this generation.

You are invited to participate in this research study by completing the attached questionnaire. The following questionnaire will require approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. By fill in and return this questionnaires, an amount of HK $2 for each questionnaire returned will be donated to The Raleigh International (Hong Kong) Limited, a registered charity committed to inspiring Hong Kong Youth to explore their full potential through participation in programmes held locally and internationally.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.
