You are invited to participate in our survey to gather some specific data on Corporate Strategy Engagement as we discussed in the last full team meeting. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire. This first section of the survey represents the first nine questions. A second link will access the last 5 questions. This is my first time using this tool so please be patient if it does not work perfectly.
Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. I have purposely kept this survey very minimal and without opportunity to comment. We are only collecting Corporate Strategy specific quantitative results to these questions.
