Hello,

We are working on improving our work with the Global Production Services, especially with regards to "labour-intensive" tasks (e.g. converting slide drafts to actual slides, punching information into an excel spreadsheet, populating information from spreadsheet to slides etc.).

Our current levels of utilisation of the Production Services seem to be among the lowest in EMEA. In a typical month in 2010, the London office has requested work on 640 pages, in comparison to almost 2,000 requested by the Paris office, 2,500 by the Madrid office and over 4,600 by the Prague office.

The hypothesis is that the work with the production services can be significantly improved. However, we need your support to prove or disprove it.

This survey should take no more than 5 minutes and serve as a basis for further data gathering. It is critical that you voice your thoughts & concerns to ultimately achieve a significantly improved nature of work with the Production Services.
