General Instructions

Please approach the whole survey on the basis of these five general guidelines.

2. A few questions may appear very similar to each other. Please answer all of them without worrying about possible repetition of efforts.

3. Please approach each question from fresh perspective. Do not let the impression of earlier attempted questions and responses colour your answer to a statement.

4. In case you are new to the present organization, please answer the questions keeping in mind the organization you worked in before joining the present organization.

5. Please make sure that you answer all the questions.
