Thank you for taking this survey!

This survey is intended to explore your experience as a school site staff member at a Network Partner school. Please keep in mind that although we would like your feedback on all 24 questions in this survey, we would particularly like to hear your open-ended, specific feedback that you can provide in the comment boxes at the end of the survey. The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete. The survey will run until May 30th so please make sure that you submit your responses by that date as we want to ensure that we hear from you!

The survey is completely voluntary. Your responses will not be identified with you personally and will be shared only in aggregate.
