You are invited to participate in the NorthShore Shells of O'ahu Questionnaire to improve product delivery and buyer satisfaction.
Approximately 70 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions related to improving the kinds of products you buy. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
