You are invited to contribute to our PCS Stategy Review which will help inform the company strategy going forward and the PCS 2012/13 Business Plan.

We ask for your support in formulating the strategy and action plan necessary to tackle the opportunities, deliver commercial outcomes and have a bit of fun along the way.

This brief questionnaire will cover ambitions, target market, produts, technology, corporate relationships, key individuals, operations (Sales, Development, Delivery/Deployment, Customer Services), Administration (Finance, HR, Compliance, Governance/Quality), PCS SWAT Analysis, Personal self-assessment SWOT, and recommendations).

Please keep your advice/thoughts to top 3 items per topic. Please keep explanatory narrative for each item brief - 100 words. Where the item is evidently self-defining, there is no need for narrative.

It will take approximately 60 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
